Mary "Pinky" Murphy

Mary Jane Murphy, age 79, born on May 8, 1930 in Pascagoula, Mississippi, passed away December 28, 2009 at her home in San Antonio. She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Timothy Murphy, and her parents, Warren Sr. and Shirley Crane. Mary Jane is survived by her children and spouses, Walter (Mike) and Stacey Murphy, Patricia Murphy and Mary Black, Suzy and Rick Keepers, Dan and Dusty Murphy, Phillip Murphy and her daughter-in-law, Maureen Murphy; her sister, Shirley Crane; brother, Warren Crane, Jr.; grandchildren, Philip Murphy, Jr., Will, Kendall, Matt and Grant Murphy, Rusty and Randy Keepers, Timothy, Jonathan and Samantha Murphy, Danielle Graham and husband, Jesse; niece and nephews, Thomas Crane, Joe Crane, Margaret (Mimi) Eppler and husband, Bill; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne and Dakota Wright; grandniece and grandnephews, Mark Boese and Jocelyn Boese (deceased), Tim and Brian Crane, her New Orleans family and many, many dear and cherished friends. Mary Jane leaves a legacy of friendship and love for all who knew her. She faced her death with peace and with a bravery that will be remembered by her family and friends. 
A celebration of Mary Jane's life was held on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church at 102 Lorenz Road, immediately followed by a gathering at the reception hall next door.
