Maria Villalba Myers, born in Anchuela del Pedregal, Spain,
peacefully passed away at home March 29, 2010 with her family by her
side. She was 83 years old. Her husband Lt. Col. John Riley Myers of
Honey Grove, Texas, preceded her in death. She was an avid bridge
player, loved to garden, and enjoyed nature. She had a strong
spirit, a sparkle in her eyes, and a good sense of humor. She was a
devoted mother and delighted in her grandsons, JC and Matt. In
addition to her grandsons, she is survived by her son, John (Robyn),
her daughter, Deborah (Nickie), and numerous family members in
Spain. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.,
