Black Beans & Rice

Black Beans & Rice

2 tbsp. Olive Oil

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped

2 tsp. Goya Minced Garlic or 4 clove garlic minced

1 can (15.5 oz.) Goya Black Beans, undrained

1 tsp. oregano

3/4 cup water

1 packet Goya Sazón without Annatto

1 tbsp. Goya White Cooking Wine or cider vinegar

1. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium. Stir in onion, pepper, and garlic; cook until tender, about 8-10 minutes.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with white rice.

Serves 4
