Finance:  Manage our finances so that we remain fiscally stable and utilize our financial resources as effectively as possible to achieve our other goals.

Programs and Policies:   Implement programs and policies that encourage participation of players in bridge games (including Unit, club, and tournament games) within the Unit and maximize our players enjoyment.

Recruitment and Retention:   Recruit new players of all ages and retain those players so that our membership increases 4% a year.
