Mary Anne, President brought the meeting to order at
Mary Anne thanked leaving board members Laura and Hal for their hard work during their time on the board.
Secretary’s Report: Diana Rogers read the Minutes from the January 9 meeting. There was a corrections of the
amount of money paid to the caddies at tournaments: the caddy’s salary from changed from $25 to $35 per session and Ruben’s from $40 to $55. The Minutes were accepted as read.
Treasurer’s Report: Mary Anne summarized Robert Donathan’s report that the unit netted around $4000 for the year with $8000 made at the Regional and $2400 for the January Sectional.

Chairman: Mark McAllister said
the total for our unit was 746 members, second in growth for the district. #1 was
Business Manager: Joe Black mentioned that there are 16 unit games for the year.
Supply Chairman: Jim Wueste spent $180 for new bidding box inserts and replaced the cards in 12 board sets and two sets of table guide cards. He has a request of the board to purchase 56 new tables and 12 sets of duplicate boards.

Phyllis Tate and Karen Snyder are the chairmen for the May Sectional with Brenda Tranchon as the Partnership Chairman, which will be held at the Clarion Hotel.
Board Election:
There are 9 board members who when elected serve 3 years. Every year, 3 members go off the board having served their 3 years and 3 members are elected out of slate of 6 people. If elected, one may serve a total of 2 terms or 6 years unless one has been appointed for someone who has left the board prematurely (making it longer than 6 years). Ballots will be mailed out this week The slate for the election is as follows:

Goodwill Awards:
Two deserving members, Orpha Gips and Madeline Randolph were awarded pins for these awards and congratulated by the members present.
