HERE AND THERE AROUND THE UNIT
At this writing, there are good reports on results of Abilene bridge players returning from the Lubbock Tournament. Be sure to ask them about their adventures AND their points!
Doesn’t our building look pretty and clean after the new outside painting? Thanks to the Unit for paying and to Will Dix for making the arrangements.
Our good wishes go to Sammie Gibson as she undergoes some testing following a couple of “small” strokes. She is in good spirits and can’t wait to get back to the bridge table.
We also are sending good wishes to Carol Williams. Having had double knee replacements, we need to be sending her a box of courage and patience too. She is in the Sweetwater hospital.
SYMPATHY NOTES
We extend our sympathy to Bobbie Olson on the death of her sister . Our sympathy also goes out to Sammie Gibson whose sister in Denver, Colorado died.
