Directions to the Elks Lodge, 1426 So Commerce, Harlingen, Texas. [The Elks Lodge is located on the West side of Commerce, therefore you will have to be travelling South on Commerce to gain access]

From McAllen. You have several options: You can exit on Tyler and continue East to Commerce and turn right, or you can exit on "F" Street, and take Taft, or you can exit on Ed Carey, and go East to 77 Sunshine Strip and turn left.....Refer to the map for the first and last option. For taking "F" Street, go past the first underpass, turn left at the second underpass, and then turn left [Back North], and Taft Avenue [Unmarked] will be the next street [About a 110 degree turn to the right]. Continue East for several blocks until reaching Commerce Street, turn right, and exit on one of the next two exits, and continue until you see the Elks Lodge.

From South Padre Island/Brownsville, take Business 77, Sunshine Strip.

From Corpus Christi, San Antonio, [Hwy 77] suggest you take either the "F" Street exit and/or Ed Carey.

Finding the Elks Lodge can be a little tricky for the first time visitor. Beware, that when travelling south on Commerce, and are waiting to see the Elks Lodge, you will invariably go too far and have to continue across the bridge and do a U-turn. You want to exit Commerce on to the frontage road approximately 2 blocks north of 1426 Commerce. Watch for Taft Avenue and exit on the first Street or exit ramp after Taft Avenue. Elks Lodge is nestled just North of the arroyo and cannot be accessed any other way.
