The District 16 Board meets three times yearly -- generally on Saturday mornings at the February Houston Regional, the July Austin-San Antonio Regional and the September Dallas-Fort Worth Regional. Occasionally a meeting will be held at the Fall Regional. Certain district chairmen and key personnel will also attend and report to the District Board (Scorecard, Tournament, Conduct & Ethics, Internet, Charity, Nominations, Executive Secretary, etc). District members are welcome to attend meetings as interested spectators.
